Welcome to BrainBrawl! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BrainBrawl multiplayer trivia game platform at brainbrawl.co ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use BrainBrawl, you must:

• Cosmic Canvas - Drawing and guessing game
• Additional modes - As introduced from time to time

Fair Play Requirements

You agree to:

• Play fairly and honestly
• Not use external tools, bots, or automated systems to gain an advantage
• Not exploit bugs or glitches (report them to us instead)
• Not collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Not intentionally disconnect to avoid losses

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using BrainBrawl, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Use offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language
• Share inappropriate, illegal, or explicit content
• Impersonate others or create misleading identities
• Spam, advertise, or promote unrelated services

5. User Content

Your Content

"User Content" includes usernames, avatars, chat messages, drawings in Cosmic Canvas, and any other content you submit through the Service.

License Grant

By submitting User Content, you grant BrainBrawl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

Content Standards

Your User Content must not:

• Be illegal, harmful, or objectionable
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Contain viruses or malicious code
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms without notice.

Trivia questions and answers are compiled from various sources and are provided for entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all answers are correct.

7. Termination

By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@brainbrawl.co.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

• If you violate these Terms
• If we reasonably believe you have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity
• If required by law
• If we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
